Terms & Conditions m1cuci – Complete Malaysia Betting Platform Guidelines

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to m1cuci, an online betting platform operating in Malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and m1cuci ("Company", "we", "us").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the m1cuci platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all related policies such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

M1cuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page along with the date of update. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2Account & User Eligibility

To register and use the m1cuci platform, you must meet all the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident in Malaysia.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition order issued by the relevant authorities.
• Not an employee of m1cuci, a service provider of m1cuci, or an immediate family member of either.
• Not being located in any region or jurisdiction where use of the m1cuci platform is prohibited by local law.

M1cuci reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residence at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within 72 hours may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

3Registration & Account Management

During the registration process at m1cuci, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date. Information required includes:

• Full name as per your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Date of birth (for age verification).
• Your preferred username and password.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m1cuci account password and login credentials. m1cuci will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the m1cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). m1cuci does not accept any foreign currency. Only approved Malaysian banking methods and e-wallets are accepted as payment.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same Malaysian bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit. Processing times are between 5 and 30 minutes for e-wallets and between 1 and 3 hours for standard bank transfers, depending on the receiving bank.

M1cuci reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 or for accounts that have not completed full verification. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or a recent bank statement.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

M1cuci offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms unless otherwise specifically stated:

• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only, upon making their first deposit.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements.
• Free bet bonuses or free credits are valid for the period stated in the relevant offer's terms. Expired bonuses will not be extended.
• Participating in more than one promotion simultaneously may not be permitted unless otherwise stated.
• M1cuci reserves the right to void any bonus or promotion that has been abused or that involves suspicious activity.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, intentional hedge betting, or any other method deemed abusive will result in bonus forfeiture and further action against the account in question.

The m1cuci loyalty programme and VIP tier system operate based on actual betting activity. Points or tiers accumulated cannot be transferred between accounts and will expire if an account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days.

6Sports Betting Rules

This section governs all bets placed under the sports category on the m1cuci platform, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL and other international leagues), badminton, tennis, basketball, e-sports and other sports.

• Minimum bet: MYR 10 for most sports markets; certain markets may have different limits.
• Maximum bet: Limits vary by sport, league, and market. They are set by m1cuci and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Odds: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Any change in odds after confirmation does not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• Match cancelled or postponed: If a match is cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes credited back to the account.
• Postponed match: If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• Odds error: In the event of a technical error in odds pricing, m1cuci reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to players.

7Casino & Slots Game Rules

Online casino games at m1cuci — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo, slots, and other Live Casino games — operate under the following rules:

• All casino games use a random number generator (RNG) that is certified and regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness.
• Live Casino games feature real human dealers via live video stream. Results declared by the dealer are final.
• In the event of an internet disconnection during a live game, m1cuci will use data stored on the server to determine the final outcome of the round.
• Bets placed after the cut-off time set by the system will not be accepted, even if they appear to have been confirmed on the user's end.

8Prohibited Activities & Platform Misuse

The following are strictly prohibited on the m1cuci platform and may result in immediate account termination, balance freeze, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and cheating: Any form of manipulation, use of false information, or attempts to defraud the m1cuci system.

• Collusion between players: Colluding unfairly with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or player-versus-player games.
• Intentional odds arbitrage (arbing): Systematically exploiting odds differences between m1cuci markets and other platforms with the intent of gaining risk-free profit.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or using any other method intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Hacking attempts: Any attempt to access another user's systems, databases, or account without authorisation.

M1cuci employs advanced fraud detection technology that monitors all account activity 24 hours a day. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including cooperating with Malaysian authorities where necessary.

9Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

M1cuci reserves the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• There is a security risk associated with the account in question.
• Order from a competent authority.

You may also close your m1cuci account at any time by contacting our customer support. For account closures made on responsible gambling grounds (self-exclusion), the process will take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 30 days.

10Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The m1cuci platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains available and error-free, m1cuci makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

• The availability or uninterrupted performance of the platform at all times.
• The accuracy or completeness of information displayed.
• The suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, m1cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of betting funds due to technical decisions or system disruptions — unless such losses result directly from m1cuci's gross negligence or fraud.

11Privacy & Personal Data Protection

M1cuci respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you provide to us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the m1cuci Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account, you agree that m1cuci may:

• Collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, and fulfilment of legal obligations.
• Using your data to improve our services and send platform-related communications (with the option to unsubscribe).
• Sharing data with selected third parties (payment processors, technology providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Retaining data for as long as required by Malaysian law or for the duration your account remains active, whichever is longer.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes.

In the event of any dispute between you and m1cuci, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation within 30 days before initiating any legal proceedings. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration process.
